ISO 9001:2000 is a quality management model covering all institutions and manufacturers regardless the sector, and it is a described process for the sake of getting a coherent line at production and services.
Integrating the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system to our company, this attracts the quality management system conditions such as organizational structure, degree of customer satisfication, analyzing of the collected datas, effective management processes, internal controls, product design, purchasing and sales.
ISO 9001:2000 certificate is oriented to the system which produces, product and service not to the concepts themselves. In other words, ISO 9001 is not related whether the food seems clean.This certification is related whether the kitchen is available for clean and healthy food production.
